Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Manager work with our Kitchen Managers to oversee the prep kitchen operations of our high volume sports grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, kitchen management, food prep, and dedication!
Duties:
Manage day-to-day operations of the prep kitchen- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Oversee kitchen operations and staff- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures- Able to read and understand recipes and units of measure- Supervise and train staff to follow recipes and stay productive.
Requirements:
