About Tangle Ventures Tangle Ventures is a venture studio that builds complete operating companies for our clients on a fixed fee. The client keeps 100% of the equity. Our clients are Fortune 500 executives, general counsels, professors and professional athletes who want to own something of their own. Many come in without an idea. DIOS, our Decision Intelligence Operating System, is a set of AI models we built in house over years. It handles ideation, validation, prediction and modeling to find the business that fits that specific person. Then our team builds it and takes it to market. Our client list continues to keep growing and delivery has to keep pace with it, which is why this seat exists.
The Role:
  • You run client engagements from signature through delivery. Every active client needs one person who knows where their build stands, what is due this week and what we need from them. For your clients, that person is you.
  • The seat has two halves. One is client-facing: you are the person our clients hear from and trust. The other is operational: you keep every deliverable on schedule and turn dense analysis into dashboards and documents a client can take in within ten minutes.
  • You report to both Founding Partners, Luke Traina (CEO) and David Acosta (Chief AI Officer), and you will work cross departmentally with other team members daily.
  • What You'll OwnClient engagement
  • Day-to-day point of contact for your book of clients, from signed contract through final delivery
  • Onboarding within 7 days of signing and payment: kickoff call, intake, portal access and timeline
  • A written status update to every client every week, plus same-day answers to their questions
  • Phase readouts alongside the Founding Partners, including the prep before and the follow-through after
  • Project management
  • The delivery board for your engagements: every deliverable has an owner and a date, and the status is true
  • A daily sync with the build team on what is on track and what is at risk
  • Scope tracked against the signed agreement, with creep flagged early
  • A quality check on every deliverable before it reaches the client, against the gate it has to pass
  • OperationsTurn repeated work into templates and written process, so quality goes up as volume grows
  • Keep the client file database organized and versioned, so anyone can find the current version of anything
  • Clean handoffs from sales into delivery and from one phase into the next
  • A weekly delivery report to the Founding Partners: where every engagement stands and what needs a decision
  • How You'll Use AIAI is how the work gets done at Tangle, and in this role it is a core skill. You should already be building with these tools every day.
  • Build client dashboards in tools like Claude and Lovable that put each phase's findings in front of the client in one place
  • Turn long research and modeling outputs into designed decks and documents in Canva or FigmaBuild the charts and tables that make a financial projection or a market analysis readable at a glance
  • Automate the recurring parts of your own job, such as status updates, reporting, intake review and file organization
  • We will ask to see work you have built this way.
  • What You Bring 2-3+ years in project management or client delivery, with real deadlines and paying clients
  • Experience owning the relationship on client engagements of $25K or more
  • A portfolio of dashboards or visual documents you built with AI tools
  • Clear, fast writing. Client updates and emails go out under your name every day
  • Comfort with senior people. Our clients are executives and they expect a peer
  • Process discipline. You track everything and close loops without being asked
  • Startup experience, or a clear picture of what joining one means

Base salary: $45,000-$55,000+Equity and an annual bonus, with compensation reviewed every quarter Full-time and remote, US only, with occasional travel Immediate start. We are a startup. Please be prepared to work ix days a week.
