Leasing & Renewal Specialist

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in the United States is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through every stage of the leasing cycle. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, ensure show units meet standards, and follow up to secure lease signings and renewals.
