Senior Program Operations Lead, RF/EW Manufacturing

RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager to coordinate procurement, assembly, test, and shipment of Advanced RF/EW systems. The role leads the Manufacturing team within a matrixed organization, partners across Engineering and Program Management, and travels up to 10%. On-site at Goleta, CA or El Segundo, CA. The position requires strong experience in operations, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination, with a U.S. security clearance preferred.
