Sales Assistant We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is a great fit for an entry level candidate who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning the sales process in a hands-on environment. In this role, you will connect with business customers, discuss available service options, answer questions, and assist with new account opportunities. We are a business consulting firm focused on customer acquisition, client support, and business development. Our goal is to help businesses connect with services that make sense for their needs while providing a professional, helpful experience from the first conversation to the final follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with business customers and prospective clients
Present service information clearly and professionally
Assist with new customer acquisition and account setup
Build positive relationships with customers
Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills
Positive, professional attitude
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Reliable and self-motivated
Comfortable speaking with new people
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers is helpful but not required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
