Remote Florida Defense Litigation Associate

Lydecker LLP in Florida is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience. The position is remote and will support our Jersey City office; applicant must be admitted to the FL bar and be able to handle a variety of cases in general liability, bodily injury, and professional liability. Under supervision of a partner, you will draft motions, engage in depositions, attend hearings, and manage discovery while maintaining client communication.
