Plant General Manager - Food Manufacturing & Operations

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. in Lampasas, TX is looking for a General Manager to lead all plant operations, drive safety, quality and cost performance, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will partner with AFNA corporate functions, manage budgeting, capital projects and KPI reporting, and ensure compliance with USDA/FDA/OSHA. You’ll align daily activities with the company’s short- and long-term goals and build a strong one-team culture.
