Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: White Plains, NY 10604

Pay Rate: $20 -$25/hour on W2.

Shift: Mon - Fri 2nd Shift (Flexible)

Duration: 6+ months*Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities: Enter patient test requests and billing information accurately into computer systems. Review and verify data received from clients to ensure accurate billing. Sort, organize, and process laboratory requisition forms. Follow established data entry procedures and instructions under supervision. Maintain daily production records and support quality assurance audits. Meet established productivity and accuracy standards. Identify data discrepancies and refer complex issues to the appropriate team. Handle client documents in various formats while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Education & License 2 years of data entry experience. High school diploma or GED.Accurate typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and general computer proficiency. Medical terminology, laboratory information systems, billing knowledge, and previous data entry experience.
