The Opportunity:
You will operate at the center of a fast-moving, relationship-driven recruiting environment supporting a mix of commercial and federal clients.
Your role will focus on:
- Full-cycle recruiting across technical and professional roles
- Sourcing and engaging talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and internal ATS platforms
- Building and maintaining strong pipelines of qualified candidates
- Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Performing reference checks and managing candidate vetting processes
- Negotiating compensation and closing candidates
- Partnering directly with clients through meetings and ongoing communication
- Collaborating with internal compliance teams to streamline onboarding
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on client delivery, candidate experience, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successful placements and performance
- Experience supporting technical roles across commercial and/or federal environments
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities
- A competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within both commercial and federal (government contracting) spaces
- Exposure to technical recruiting across IT, engineering, or professional services
- Familiarity with working in relationship-driven accounts with consistent feedback loops
- Experience engaging hard-to-find or niche talent markets
- Established candidate network within technical or cleared environments
