Real Estate Counsel – Transactions & Development

Lennar is seeking a Director/Assistant General Counsel for Real Estate to provide strategic legal guidance on land acquisition, development, title, and related transactions. You will collaborate with Land Acquisition, Finance, and Operations teams to close complex deals while managing outside counsel and budgets. The role demands a JD with 10–15 years of real estate experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to balance risk with business needs in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.
