Hospital Painter & Maintenance Technician

NYU Langone Health in New York is seeking a skilled Painter Mechanic to maintain and renew surfaces across hospital facilities. The role emphasizes preparing, patching and finishing wood, plaster, drywall, metal, and concrete using industry best practices. You will work on interior and exterior projects, install scaffolding, apply finishes, hang wallpaper, caulk and seal, and ensure safety standards. A HS diploma and about five years of painting experience are preferred.
