Remote Director, Merchandise Finance & Inventory Strategy

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Director of Merchandise Finance to act as the financial authority for inventory investment. You will set guardrails for OTB, reconcile to the merchandise plan, and present executive insights on inventory productivity and financial risk. This role is primarily remote, with travel up to 20% and a Monday–Friday schedule, extended hours during month-end close and MPC cycles.
