Senior FP&A Analyst – Engineering Growth & Strategy

Jobot is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for our Winter Park, FL office. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting project profitability across engineering-focused projects. You will collaborate with project managers, prepare budget proposals for senior management, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop executive dashboards. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years FP&A experience in engineering are required; Deltek ERP experience is a plus.
