Bartender

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately. Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive, personable service. Recommend menu items, upsell cocktails, and highlight daily specials. Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift. Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service practices. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Support servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service during busy events and game days.

Requirements: Prior bartending experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right outgoing personality. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment. Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
