Remote HV Preconstruction & Strategy Director

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Director of Project Development and Strategy to lead all preconstruction activities for its High Voltage Infrastructure unit, from opportunity identification through bid finalization and handoff to execution. You will own the accuracy and competitiveness of HV bids, build standardized preconstruction processes, and collaborate with BD, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to win complex transmission, substation, and switchyard projects.
