We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to add to our growing independent insurance agency. This role is focused on outbound sales activity, including calling prospects, sending follow-up emails, and learning our sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and interested in sales, insurance, and a long-term career path. Leads and lists are provided. We do not expect you to sell to your family or bring your personal network.
Responsibilities include:- Making outbound calls to prospects
- Meeting monthly sales quotas
- Sending outbound emails and follow-ups
- Participating in training
- Tracking activity and follow-up notes
- Helping with other sales-related tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:- Comfortable making phone calls
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organized and able to follow a process
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
