Join Pearl Pools in Orlando! The Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in advancing the mission and vision of Pearl Pools. Much of the role will focus on providing administrative assistant support to ensure efficient operations of the Pearl Pools Orlando office. This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a high degree of computer knowledge, and is effectively able to communicate via phone and email. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments for customers Data entry of new leads and work orders Interacting with our customers via phone and taking detailed messages Posting payments to customer accounts Other duties and projects as assigned Key skills/experience: Prior swimming pool construction/renovation experience a plus Strong computer skills/knowledge with the ability to learn new applications easily Experience with scheduling Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks without direct oversight Reliable transportation to and from work every day Bi-lingual is a plus4 to 5 hours per day - Part Time hours under 29 per week
Physical requirements:
