Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Oracle Exadata Platform/Exacc in a mid-size to large corporate environment (production support experience is a must)OCM or equivalent proficiency. Having hands-on experience in GCP native databases and mongodb. Technical proficiency Expertise in Oracle Exatadata cloud@customer platform. Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and scripting languages (e.g. Shell script, PowerShell, Python etc. ) for automation. Expertise with performance tuning, capacity planning, and high availability/disaster recovery solutions, Migration and troubleshooting. Design GCP workloads for high performance, high availability and scalability. Experience in oracle & google cloud in-rest and in-transit encryption. Ability to apply technical principles when performing troubleshooting Solid technical fluency with tools and systems i.e GitHub, confluence, Jira etc. Knowledge of network and firewall concepts & architecture Experience working with partners in different locations and cultures Ability to manage conference calls with multiple attendees to resolve issues. Ability to effectively articulate a status or plan to peers and clients. Responsibilities'Provide 24/7 support for Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Mssql and Sybase .Migrating database from On-prem to Private and Google Cloud(GCP) Support Oracle and Non-Oracle patching activities. Troubleshoot performance issue and apply permanent fix. Restore & recover database on-demand basis. Database upgrade/Patch to latest known version
