Full-TimeWe are currently hiring Picker / Packers for a busy warehouse operation in Norwalk, CT. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Pick products and materials according to customer orders and pick lists
- Pack orders carefully and accurately for shipment
- Verify item numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping information
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
- Label and prepare packages for shipment
- Organize products and maintain an orderly work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures
Requirements:- Must be able to read and understand English to accurately follow pick lists, product labels, safety instructions, and work orders
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet daily productivity expectations
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
