We are seeking a skilled HelloTech Support Specialist who thrives in helping clients solve their tech-related issues with patience and expertise. Our ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also possesses a keen ability to communicate complex technical information in a user-friendly way. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to elevating the standard of consumer tech support in the comfort of our customers' homes. Travel to clients' homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair technical devices like computers, televisions, and smart home devices. Provide clear and concise instructions and support to customers, ensuring their tech needs are met. Educate customers on the use and maintenance of their devices. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills In-depth knowledge of modern technology and digital devices Ability to work independently and manage visits and schedules efficiently A Certification (preferred) Network Certification Smart Home Technology certifications
