Your mission:- Prospect daily through cold calls, outreach, and face-to-face introductions.
- Visit construction sites and meet with decision-makers to uncover staffing needs.
- Build a strong pipeline, secure new accounts, and grow revenue.
- Partner with our recruiters to connect clients with the right skilled tradespeople.
- Deliver clear communication and follow-through that earns repeat business. You’ll thrive here if you:
