APPLY NOWElite Boutique | Digital Infrastructure M&A Associate — New York A leading international elite boutique investment bank is seeking an Associate to join its Digital Infrastructure M&A team in New York. The team provides full-service advisory coverage across M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory and Restructuring, with an extensive network of senior relationships across the digital infrastructure sector. Following a strong pipeline of live mandates, the team is looking to expand its New York platform. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, lean and entrepreneurial team, working closely with senior advisors and gaining significant exposure to both execution and origination across the digital infrastructure landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the execution and management of live transactions across the full suite of investment banking products
- Support senior bankers in the origination and development of new client mandates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout engagements
- Lead and manage junior team members across live projects, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development
- Work closely with senior advisors on strategic and sector-specific initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of investment banking experience, ideally gained within a Tier 1 investment bank or leading advisory platform
- Proven M&A execution experience with exposure to complex transactions
- Strong sector expertise across digital infrastructure, including areas such as data centers, fiber, towers, connectivity and related infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA from a leading institution
- Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a lean, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating across a global platform
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key workstreams
