Essential Duties: Engage with service customers to discuss selling or trading current vehicle Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions, discuss their offer and assist those ready to move forward Work closely with both the Service and Sales team to create a seamless customer-focused experience

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree, preferred Valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of sales experience; consumer-to-consumer experience, preferred Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills MileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer, and we maintain a drug-free work environment.
