Bunnings, the leading home improvement retailer, seeks a Department Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales and high-volume stock within your specialist area. You will work with fellow Department Managers and report to the Operations Manager, leading 20+ team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will monitor customer service levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams, and build strong supplier relationships.
