APPLY NOWPossip is seeking experienced experts and emerging consultants to help schools and organizations maximize their impact and turn feedback into meaningful action. We welcome expertise in multiple areas, including: enrollment and student recruitment, staff recruitment, financial operations, family engagement, academics, communication, leadership, staff culture, and related areas.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Possip to support customers in using feedback to identify priorities and recommend practical next steps.
- Deliver consultations, workshops, coaching, or implementation support aligned with your expertise.
- Help customers develop action plans, communicate their response to feedback, and assess progress.
- Participate in Possip Consultant Network trainings and learning opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Possip team and follow agreed delivery and confidentiality practices.
- Support promoting Possip and the Consultant Network, as requested, through social media, professional networks, events, or other outreach.

Additional information:
Scope, timing, compensation, and expectations for training and promotional activities are agreed in advance. Engagement opportunities depend on customer needs and fit. Engagements require customer demand and (paid) Possip training.
