Senior Rail Warranty & Service Lead

CAF USA is seeking a Senior Rail Services Supervisor to oversee on-site operations at the Newton, MA location, ensuring safe, cost-efficient performance of rail service activities. The role includes staffing, budgeting, and coordinating with suppliers and clients to maintain service quality. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years in rail after-market roles, and the ability to read schematics. English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus.
