Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed rate analysis and develop models supporting pricing decisions and regulatory filings
Perform standard to complex rate analysis for non-residential customers
Collect and analyze financial information and operating statistics to support regulatory strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required
5 years of related experience in electric rate design or implementation with an investor-owned utility
Experience with regulatory proceedings, including testimony and data requests
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and model development
Ability to analyze cost, demand, or usage scenarios
