Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years of Electrical Estimating experience
- Electrical Background in data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, or large commercial projects
- Project portfolio required with resume submission
We are seeking a sharp, fast-paced, and strategic Senior/Lead Electrical Estimator with a strong track record of pricing complex, large-scale, mission-critical projects and winning competitive pursuits. What You’ll Do:
- Lead takeoffs, pricing, and full-scope electrical estimates
- Develop competitive proposals for complex, schedule-driven projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and leadership on pursuit strategy
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor pricing
- Support client presentations and negotiations
- Continuously improve estimating tools, processes, and accuracy
