Senior Growth Engineer

Key responsibilities: Build internal tools, services, and automations to improve the efficiency of Sales and Growth teams Identify and operationalize data signals to prioritize high-potential accounts across various verticals Design, deploy, and maintain reliable applications while ensuring strong architectural and security practicesRequired qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining production applications Strong system-design fundamentals and experience in making architectural decisions Proficiency in a modern tech stack and experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines Experience collaborating with Sales, Growth, or other GTM functions Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data or automation tools
