Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Laborer / Concrete Form Carpenter to join our growing construction team. If you have hands-on experience with residential concrete foundationsconcrete form installation, and flatwork, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors.
Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install and build concrete forms for residential foundations
- Perform concrete flatwork and foundation preparation
- Tie reinforcing steel (wire tying/rebar installationAssist with concrete placement, finishing, and cleanupRead and follow construction plans and job specificationsWork safely and efficiently on active construction sitesCollaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- RequiredPrevious concrete foundation experience is required
- Experience installing concrete formsflatworkwire tying, and concrete finishing
- Experience working on residential housing foundations
- Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle to travel to job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Preferred (Not Required)
Spanish-speaking
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
Carpentry experience related to concrete forming
