Director of Compliance: Gaming & Prediction Markets

Fliff is seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to join our Legal Team and design, implement, and optimize our compliance function across gaming, social sportsbook, DFS, and prediction market verticals. This role reports to the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and will serve as Fliff’s senior compliance lead. You will oversee regulator engagement, develop and lead our CFTC strategy for event contracts and prediction markets, and ensure FTC consumer protection compliance.
