Zhong is one of the world’s largest YouTube creators, with 80M+ subscribers and a universe of viral characters and entertainment-driven content.
Our high-output channels regularly produce videos, powered by a tight-knit core production team.
We move fast, think big, and are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to help bring ambitious YouTube concepts to life.
The Opportunity:
You’ll join our existing producer team and take ownership of productions from pre-production through filming and delivery for a YouTube channel.
Own production plans, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and shoot logistics
Lead on-set production and keep fast-moving shoots organized and on schedule
Coordinate talent, locations, props, equipment, transportation, crew, and vendors
Manage PAs, contractors, freelance crews, and production partners
Anticipate problems and make fast decisions when plans inevitably change
Manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously
Partner closely with producers, creatives, editors, and talent
Improve production systems as the channel and team continue to scale
Step in wherever needed to get the shoot across the finish line
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional YouTube experience
Proven experience producing high-performing YouTube content, including videos reaching millions of views
Experience working with major creators or top-tier YouTube channels; experience with teams such as MrBeast, Stokes Twins, Ben Azelart, Topper Guild, Brent Rivera, Rebecca Zamolo, and the Royalty Family is a strong plus
Strong experience managing active sets, PAs, crews, vendors, and production logistics
Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage many moving pieces at once
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable making quick decisions and taking ownership without waiting for direction
Understanding of YouTube storytelling, retention, pacing, titles, thumbnails, and audience psychology
Experience working with editors and providing clear creative feedback
Documentary, reality, challenge, or unscripted production experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
The Environment
This is not a traditional 9-5 production role.
YouTube moves fast. Our ideal producer thrives in a high-output environment and is comfortable with long production days, changing schedules, nights/weekends, travel, and periods of significantly increased hours around major shoots.
You’ll be joining an established team - not building the operation alone - but we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, hardworking, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Compensation
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates moving to Los Angeles.
Compensation may increase based on experience.
You’ll Thrive Here If:
You’re the producer who already has a Plan B before anyone realizes Plan A isn't going to work.
You can turn a chaotic idea into an organized shoot, lead a crew confidently, solve problems without panicking, and understand that great YouTube content requires both creative instincts and exceptional execution.
