Program Director, Buildings & Decarbonization

Rainier Climate is seeking a Program Director, Buildings, to lead a globally informed strategy accelerating emissions reductions in the built environment. You will work with the President and co-founders to advance grantmaking across policy, market transformation, and on-the-ground implementation. The role requires senior leadership, deep climate decarbonization knowledge, and the ability to convene stakeholders across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors to scale solutions.
