Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian or Registered Diet Tech to join our team at Nutrire Nutrition Services.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
- Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomesMDS section K and Care plan development
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to incorporate dietetic recommendations into patient care plans
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field
- Accreditation by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed dietitian or DTR in FL(1) years of experience in dietetics (Long-term care experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
