Customer-Centric Commercial Product Manager

Nox Metals, a Los Angeles-based metals technology company, is hiring a Customer & Commercial Product Manager to own customer-facing and commercial software roadmaps—from quote through order—and to empower sales with clearer information and faster responses. You will interview customers, shadow sales workflows, translate problems into product requirements, partner with design and engineering, define success metrics, run experiments, and keep stakeholders aligned to deliver measurable outcomes.
