Fiber Deployment Lead OSP/ISP & Utility Infra

SB&O Inc. is seeking a Fiber Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber deployments spanning OSP and ISP components. You will develop schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and risk assessments while coordinating with utility partners and internal teams to ensure milestones are met. The role requires PMP certification and a background in civil or telecommunications engineering, with strong knowledge of California utilities and permitting processes. OTDR familiarity is a plus.
