Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25-27/hr., Depending on Experience

Experience:

We are looking for a Laborer - Entry Level CNC Machine Operator to support a dynamic manufacturing team. CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities: Learn and perform machine start-up, setup, and operation on the press brake and flat table laser. Learn to read and understand production drawings and written specifications - full training provided. Load, position, and stage material and parts for production runs. Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. Maintain documentation of machine settings, production logs, and inspection reports. Operate hand tools and forklift as required. Assist other departments with tasks as directed.
CNC Machine Operator Requirements:- Previous materials handling, tooling, or assembly line work is a plus.
- Ability to apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to learn safety procedures related to machining operations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn CNC machine operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
- Experience in fabrication, door hardware, or sheet metal manufacturing preferred.
