Principal Scientist, AI/ML

Key responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable AI solutions in partnership with subject matter experts and engineering teams Drive research and experimentation in advanced AI techniques, ensuring models meet standards for safety and performance Set scientific standards and provide mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists while collaborating on AI-enabled product developmentRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on complex system implementations Proven experience in designing, training, and validating machine learning models end to end Deep technical breadth in at least two areas: natural language processing, computer vision, or time-series modeling Experience deploying AI/ML models into production systems Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and familiarity with common ML and DL libraries
