You’re good with people. You follow through. You’d rather build something of your own than wait for someone to hand you a raise. That covers most of what it takes to succeed in real estate. The Houseworks system and model will get you to where you want to go. What you get The Keller Williams name behind you. When you’re new and haven’t built a reputation yet, a brand clients already recognize gets you in the door. You’ll also have access to [KW Training, Houseworks Training travel and convention opportunities. A team in your corner. Agents who answer your questions and weekly training and coaching/mentorship. Training for beginners. 30-60-90 day training to kickstart your real estate career Help finding clients. Lead generation support and a Business Development Manager on our team Income tied to your effort. What you’ll do:
  • Meet buyers and sellers, learn what they need, and guide them through one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make.
  • Show homes, write offers, and negotiate for your clients.
  • Build your pipeline by following up with leads, staying in touch with past clients, and showing up in your community.
  • Keep each deal on track from signed contract to closing day, with support from our in-house transaction coordinator Kaitlyn.
  • You don’t need a real estate background
  • Good agents come from teaching, nursing, hospitality, retail, the military, sales, and plenty of other fields. If any of these describe you, you already have the skills this job runs on:
  • You build trust fast. People open up to you, and they come back.
  • You handle “no.” Deals fall through and clients change their minds. You reset and keep going.
  • You explain things clearly. You can walk a nervous first-time buyer through an inspection report without losing them.
  • You run your own day. Nobody will set your schedule. You set goals and you hit them.
  • You care about your community. You know the coffee shops, the schools, and the neighbors, or you want to.
  • What this role requires
  • We’d rather you know now than find out later.
  • This is full-time work. Clients tour homes on evenings and weekends, so your schedule will include both.
  • Income builds over time. 90 Days: typical time to first closing. Plan for a runway while your pipeline grows.
  • You’ll spend real time in the field. Hybrid here means in office when not in the field, plus showings and appointments. You’ll need reliable transportation.

  • Classification: Independent Contractor
