Location: Louisville KY (can try remote as well)
Salary: 120K (Including QPLC)
Rate: $55/hrPosition Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing conversational AI and customer engagement solutions using Google Customer Engagement Suite.
Responsibilities:
Build Dialogflow CX virtual agents.
Configure CCAI solutions.
Develop Agent Assist functionality.
Implement knowledge connectors and integrations.
Create conversational workflows.
Integrate with healthcare applications and APIs.
Support testing and production deployment.
Required Skills:- 5+ years of application development experience.2+ years of Google Contact Center/CCAI experience.
- Expertise in:
- Dialogflow CXGoogle Agent AssistVertex AIGoogle Cloud ServicesREST APIsJava, Python, or Node.js.
Preferred Skills:
Contact Center migration experience.
Healthcare payer experience.
Conversational AI and Generative AI implementation experience.
