WOWMi is a small, senior team building the AI content platform for loan officers. We hire people who want to own real surface area, work directly with customers, and ship at a pace that's only possible when the company is small enough to fit in one room (even when most of us aren't in it).How we work Small team, real ownership. Every hire is the person on the team for their domain. No layered approval chains. Direct customer access. Engineers, PMs, and AI specialists all sit in customer calls. The fastest feedback loop we have. Hybrid-friendly, mortgage-rooted. The team clusters in Westlake Village, but most roles support remote across U.S. time zones. Mortgage-only focus. If you're excited about building a generic AI marketing tool, we're not the right fit. If you want to know your work moves the needle for one specific industry, we are. Open roles Full-time · Westlake Village, CA · Remote (US) Own the compliance experience end-to-end — from rule library to approver workflows to audit trail. Mortgage marketing is one of the most heavily regulated forms of advertising in the U.S., and your job is to make following the rules feel like the path of least resistance.4+ years in product, preferably on a regulated B2B platform Comfort reading regulatory text (TILA, RESPA, TCPA) and translating it into product surface Track record of shipping features that move adoption metrics, not just feature-flag counts Lead the model layer behind WOWMi's video, voice, and script generation. You'll choose models, design prompts and pipelines, evaluate outputs, and own the feedback loop between what the product produces and what loan officers actually publish. Hands-on experience with modern LLM and generative-video stacks (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Runway, or equivalent) Comfortable building eval harnesses — "ship and pray" isn't a strategy
Bonus: voice cloning, lip-sync, or persona-consistency work
