BDC Service Scheduler / Service Appointment Coordinator Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a BDC Service Scheduler / Service Appointment Coordinator. We are a very busy dealership with plenty of earning opportunity! BDC/Receptionist Experience a Plus but not necessary, we will pay to train! Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Schedule! Weekends off! This is a commission based job. An employee in this position will earn a base weekly salary plus commission! Responsible for: Logging potential customer information into computer system Setting service appointments with existing and potential customers Fielding phone call and email inquiries coming into the dealership Following up with customers after visiting the dealership Work closely with sale and service departments to create a pleasant customer experience This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company with generous employee benefits and a great work culture! Requirements:- Strong, efficient communication skills via phone and email
