Our Core Values Our culture is grounded in six core values: Integrity: Do the right thing, even when it is uncomfortable. Respect: Honor other people, their boundaries, perspectives, contributions, and humanity. Accountability: Own your actions, responsibilities, impact, and mistakes. Growth: Seek your edge; remain self-aware, teachable, and willing to change. Compassion: Hold people in high regard without judging, rescuing, or enabling. Excellence: Hold your work to a high standard; know your craft, know your limits, and keep learning. These values shape how we work together, communicate, lead, learn, repair, and provide care. What Makes This Opportunity Different Many opportunities focus only on a percentage, split, or earning potential. We believe clinicians deserve to compare the full picture.
