Work Environment: You will work in a vibrant outpatient clinic that promotes collaboration amongst healthcare professionals. Your typical work week will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific rehabilitation goals. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and manual therapy modalities to enhance mobility and functional capabilities. Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure thorough and individualized care, allowing for significant interaction with each patient. Implement evidence-based interventions and educate patients on therapeutic activities to promote long-term wellness and recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care. Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily focus on a diverse range of patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your empathy and understanding will help inspire them throughout their rehabilitation journey, as you emphasize the importance of recovery while minimizing reliance on surgical interventions or medications.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required; candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will receive priority consideration. An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and the design of successful exercise regimens. Strong commitment to providing patient-focused care while promoting healthy lifestyle choices through strength, flexibility, and coordination programs. Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy methodologies backed by current research and best practices within the field.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings or rehabilitation facilities will be advantageous. A solid grasp of EMR software, particularly Web PT, to efficiently manage patient documentation is preferred. Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance overall patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
