Franchise Growth Director — Strategy & Sales

French Florist is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to accelerate growth in Los Angeles and beyond. Reporting to the Vice President, Franchising, you will shape strategy, drive sales, and build a scalable franchise system in a startup-style environment. The role requires a proven track record in franchise sales, excellent communication, and ability to travel monthly to Southern CA for Discovery Days.
