EHS Leader: Compliance, Training & Risk

Veolia Group is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead the implementation and improvement of the EHS program across the Odessa/Midland team, ensuring site compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations. The role focuses on proactive risk management, training, and incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong health and safety background, be able to influence across functions, and travel to worksites as needed to support safety initiatives.
