Agentic AI Architect

Job Description: The Central Engineering Group is seeking an energetic, visionary, and passionate Agentic AI Architect tospearhead the design, deployment, and optimization of cutting-edge autonomous multi-agent AIarchitectures. In this strategic engineering role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing IP blockdevelopment and support workflows across complex semiconductor design phases. You will leveragestate-of-the-art LLM orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and enterprise-gradeverification frameworks to drive unprecedented efficiency, quality, and automation in hardwareengineering environments.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in software architecture, AI systemsengineering, or semiconductor automation design.

Education: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary range for this position is USD 129,400.00 To USD 207,000.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
