In-House HR Manager | Multi-State Growth & Compliance

BPI Medical is seeking an HR Manager to own and develop the people function for a growing, 50-person organization. You will run daily HR operations, ensure compliance across Washington and Oregon, and lead talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts. You will implement onboarding, recognition, performance management, and an in-house HR framework, while building strong community relationships to attract skilled technicians and leaders.
