Job DescriptionNOW HIRING – GREENHOUSE WORKER!Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active and work outdoors/inside a greenhouse environment? We’re hiring dependable team members to help with daily greenhouse operations!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Water and care for plants
- Assemble potting trays and place pots into trays
- Hang pots and caged pots
- Operate greenhouse vents, fans, and heaters to maintain proper growing conditions
- Load trays onto shipping racks
- Load materials for transportation
- Sweep, organize, and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with general greenhouse duties as needed
- May operate a tractor and trailer on the property after completing required trainingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 50 lbs. or more requires a team lift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, pull, and crawl
- Standing: 65–100% of the workday
- Walking: 65–100% of the workday
- Climbing: 0–35%
- Average vision requiredWHAT TO WEAR:
