Plant Production Team Leader Growth & Impact

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Production Team Manager in Irving, TX to oversee a designated team at the Dallas Plant. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer needs and key OGSMs. You will lead ~30 non-exempt staff, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and implement PM/AM/TPM/CCI initiatives while developing a strong, high-performance culture and efficient processes.
